Alsos selects Sigmund’s AI-powered AURA platform to streamline clinical, financial, and operational workflows across its network of addiction treatment centers

Under the agreement, Alsos will deploy Sigmund’s flagship AURA platform, including its NOVA artificial intelligence suite, across its treatment locations to unify clinical documentation, billing, and patient engagement into a single system.
As part of the rollout, Alsos will also adopt AURA CRM, Sigmund’s customer relationship management system purpose-built for behavioral health. Built directly on the Sigmund EHR, AURA CRM replaces spreadsheets, whiteboards, and manual intake tracking with a single, secure, AI-powered platform that manages the full inquiry-to-admission pipeline.
Because the CRM shares a native data layer with the AURA EHR, inquiry and admissions data captured by Alsos’ 24/7 admissions teams flows directly into the clinical record, eliminating duplicate entry and giving leadership real-time visibility across all Grove Recovery locations from first contact through admission and beyond.
