Sigmund Software™ is an enterprise level software application for residential care facilities and behavioral health agencies that offers intake tracking, patient information storage, clinical billing, clinical documentation, scheduling, quality assurance, and related tasks
Sigmund™ has been designed based on the concept that real-time access to secure system information is essential. To that end, the software provides access to individual and aggregated information through a variety of reporting options. In particular, Sigmund provides the following:
Standard Reporting: Sigmund provides a standard interface for printing and previewing over 350 standard reports generated by the system. Capabilities are provided for titling, formatting and tagging all reports. Each report includes a selection of available filters that are designed to provide the maximum flexibility for data analysis.
Crystal Reports™ Integration / Ad-Hoc Reporting: Sigmund offers seamless integration with Crystal Reports™. A custom embedded designer is offered that allows full access to all crystal reporting functionality. This is effectively combined with user-friendly access to Sigmund’s extensive architecture and library of report filters. Administrators can design, modify and deliver reports to end-users with appropriate security entirely inside of Sigmund.
Aggregate/Outcome Reporting: Sigmund provides a capability for each organization to create assessments and outcome measures in the context of questionnaires and forms that consist of user definable questions and corresponding response scales. Selective reporting on various outcome or aggregate measures derived from user-defined assessment data, service plan objectives or demographic data can be aggregated to meet the demands of a given Executive Analysis Task, Outcome Initiative, Grant Requirement or Regulatory Body.
StandardAd-Hoc Reporting: Individuals with appropriate security access possess the capability to create new variations of aggregate or outcome reports. These Ad-Hoc reports may be saved for future usage as templates.
